1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing burundifinancialinstitute.bi or enrolling in a Burundi Financial Institute ("BFI") course, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Enrolment & Eligibility
Enrolment in ACCA Applied Knowledge courses requires a minimum of A-level standard, or completed secondary school, as set out on our Courses page. BFI reserves the right to confirm eligibility before admission is finalised.
3. Academic Partnership
BFI delivers tuition in partnership with Global FTI (Bangalore), an ACCA Platinum Approved Learning Partner. Certification and examination outcomes are determined solely by ACCA and are outside BFI's control.
4. Fees & Payments
Course fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are communicated directly to students at the time of enrolment and are governed by the enrolment agreement signed with BFI.
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to attend classes punctually, engage respectfully with faculty and peers, and comply with BFI's academic integrity standards, in line with ACCA's own code of ethics and conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
Course materials provided by BFI and Global FTI remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
BFI is not liable for examination outcomes, ACCA policy changes, or delays to planned initiatives such as the local Computer-Based Examination Centre, which remain subject to ACCA approval.
